Currently we are not taking refunds as this is a special partnership between Fortoula Moves and Luminesque Dance.

Exchanges are accepted for size and defects. We only accept exchanges on new & unworn garments within 7 days of receiving the garment so please ensure you give them a quick try on over your underwear when you first get them. If you would like to request an exchange, please Contact Us. 

If your order has been submitted, please Contact Us immediately. If the order is still in process, we may be able to make changes. There are times when orders have already been shipped and in such cases, we cannot make changes to the order.
