Refund policy
Fortoula offers a 7-day exchange policy. Once you receive your product, you have 7 days to submit an exchange request to fortoulamoves@gmail.com.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, & with any tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your request is accepted, we will work with you to find an exchange method that works best for you. We'll try our best not to incur extra charges (for example if you're local to Vancouver or Victoria, BC), but in some instances you may be responsible for return shipping.

Sizing Issues
We offer in person fittings or we can offer some fitting tips if you're unsure of your size. Please reach out to us to arrange this: fortoulamoves@gmail.com
Refunds
Due to sanitary reasons, we are not accepting refunds. However, if you feel that your product wasn't what you were expecting, please contact us and we will help resolve it as best as we can.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
